1. Acquisition Process
All artworks listed on this website are available for direct acquisition via the inquiry form. By submitting an inquiry, the buyer initiates a private sales consultation. The contract is legally concluded once the invoice is issued and payment is processed.

2. Return & Cancellation Policy

• Final Sale / Custom Production: Every single artwork and polyptych series listed on this website is a strict Unique Edition 1/1. These works are produced on-demand as custom, museum-grade Giclée prints tailored specifically for the individual buyer.

• No Right of Return: According to Section 1837 (d) of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and international art market standards, the consumer cannot withdraw from the contract within the 14-day window for goods manufactured or modified to the consumer’s specific requests. All acquisitions are final.

• Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that the heavy-duty tube container arrives physically damaged during transit, the buyer must document the damage immediately upon delivery. A full replacement print or refund will be issued upon verifying the transit damage.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
The purchase of a physical fine art print transfers ownership of the physical medium to the collector. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artist, Martin Lee, retains sole intellectual property rights to the image and concept worldwide.
